Q: Do adults have to pay admission?

A: We do not charge non-skating parent chaperones to come in the building during public sessions. We do charge everyone else, including all children over the age of 4.


Q: Do you accept Credit Cards?

A: Yes, we accept cash & credit cards.  We do not accept checks.


Q: If I have my own skates, do I still have to pay admission?

A: Yes. We charge an admission fee to come in our building. All skates must be presented for inspection at the door. We only allow “rink safe” skates.


Q: Do you sell skates?

A: Yes, we have a skate shop, and we’re authorized dealers for most brands.


Q: Do I have to book a party in advance?

A: Yes, we can’t accommodate “walk in’s”. Please make your reservations online from our website.


Q: Is my deposit refundable?

A: Deposits for parties & events are not refundable. We will transfer your deposit to another date if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.


Q: Can I bring a cake in if I do not have a birthday party booked?

A: No. We do not permit any outside food or beverages to be brought into the facility, no exceptions. If you have a birthday party package booked, you are permitted to bring in a birthday cake. We can not accommodate ice cream cakes.


Q: Do you sell socks?

A: We do! Socks are required to rent our skates. You can purchase socks at the Skate Shop.


Q: Can I drop my children off or do I have to stay with them?

A: Sk8tona is a clean, fun, friendly and SAFE facility. As a parent, it is your decision if your child is old enough to be left unsupervised. Naturally we do everything possible to keep all of out patrons safe at all times, however, we cannot stop a child from leaving our facility. Please remember, we are open to the public.


Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Yes, we do enforce a dress code. We do not allow saggy pants, short shorts or offensive T Shirts, etc. Please dress accordingly. If you can’t wear it to school, you can’t wear it here.


Q: What size rentals do you have?
A: For quads, we have toddler's size 7, all the way up to a men's 16. Inlines go from a child’s 11 up to a men’s 12. We also have EZ-Roll rentals for small children, which are easier to learn with.

Q: What is the age range for skaters?
A: Our daytime sessions cater to elementary age children. Our evening sessions are geared towards middle school age children. Adult sessions for 16+ only, although most skaters are older.

Q: Can we bring our own skates?
A: Yes. All skates must be rink safe & pass inspection at the ticket window. Regular admission charges still apply.

Q: Do adults have to pay if they are just coming to watch?
A: We do not charge adults who are there to chaperone their children. If they wish to skate then regular admission & skate rental charges apply.

Q: Can we bring our own food in?
A: We do not allow outside food or beverages in our facility. A cake is the only exception and you MUST have a party reservation in order to bring it in.

Q: Do you have somewhere to store valuables and personal items?
A: Yes. We have lockers that you can rent for $3.00 with a $5.00 refundable deposit when key is returned.
